My partner and I stumbled upon this place while looking for something better than the tourist-packed spots in the city center, and we were blown away. For the same price you'd pay for a standard breakfast, you get a Michelin-star-level experience. No exaggeration!

Incredible Food by a Michelin-Trained Chef

The food is on another level. Everything is made by Tanya Novak, who I learned studied at Le Cordon Bleu and has experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. And you can taste the difference. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it was perfection—the hollandaise sauce was silky, the poached eggs were cooked just right, and it all came together on their house-made English muffins. My partner went for the freshly baked croissant, which was light but super flavorful.

We also shared a Granola Bowl, which was packed with fresh fruits and honey-roasted nuts. It was exactly the kind of healthy, refreshing start we needed for our day. You can really tell that everything here is made with high-quality ingredients, most of them locally sourced and organic. It’s not just breakfast—it’s an experience.

The Best Coffee, Live Music, and a Gorgeous Setting

The coffee? Unbelievable. They serve specialty brews from The Barn, one of Europe’s best coffee roasteries. I’m a bit of a coffee snob, and I can honestly say this was one of the best cups I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly brewed, with rich flavors and no bitterness whatsoever.

And let me tell you about the setting. We enjoyed our breakfast on their beautiful terrace, with views of the Spanish countryside that are absolutely breathtaking. There was live piano music playing softly in the background, making the whole experience feel incredibly luxurious and peaceful.
